How to: Set Up a Bank Account for CASHét Pay

Welcome to our guide on how to Set Up a bank account for CASHet Pay in GreenSlate. I’ll walk you through each step, so you can complete the process with ease.

1. Navigate to Bank Accounts

First, navigate to Bank Accounts in the left-hand menu.

2. Open Add Account Form

Next, click the Add Account button to add a new bank account to your profile.

3. Access Bank Info Section

Now, fill out all the required details on the Bank Info section.

4. Choose CASHétPay Bank

Select CASHetPay from the Bank drop-down menu in the Bank Info section.

5. Enter Account Code

In the Account Setting panel, enter a Bank Code of your choosing, for example, CP for CASHetPay.

6. Select Linked Account Dropdown

Select the CASHetPay account from your chart of accounts to link to.

The CASHetPay trial balance account will need to be added prior to setting up CASHetPay on the bank account.

Follow the steps here to add a checking account for CASHetPay.

7. Enable Bank Account

Check Enabled in the Payment File Configuration section.

8. Access Description Field

Next, fill out the required fields in the Bank Account Configuration section. The account number is the GSW project number. Please ask support to provide you with this number.

9. Enter Payer Company Information

Now, fill in the company information to link the bank account to your business entity.

10. Finalize and Save Account

When you’re ready, click Save
