Version 105.0 brings a broad set of improvements to accounting, payroll, and platform workflows. Accountants gain continuous navigation through bills with the new grid pager, and the Post Payroll grid has been upgraded to the latest bulk edit version for faster, more reliable handling of high-volume batches. Across transaction forms, a new Create Another option keeps users in their workflow after saving.
Payroll teams benefit from parallel batch approvals on digital timecards and automatic syncing of daily other earnings to worked days.
Security receives significant updates, including password history enforcement and org-level data access controls on timecards and employee positions. Mobile UX improvements, updated Location and Episode code dropdowns, and redesigned Approval Flow history modal round out a release that touches nearly every part of the platform.
Create Another in Transactions: After saving or submitting a transaction, users can now choose to clear the form and start a new entry without being redirected back to the grid. This option is available across transaction forms and keeps repetitive data-entry workflows moving without extra navigation.
Bills Grid Pager: Accountants can now move through the bills queue without returning to the grid between each review. Open a bill, review it, and page directly to the next in a single continuous flow, consistent with the navigation already available for timecards, start forms, and purchase orders.
Post Payroll Bulk Edit Improvements: The Post Payroll form has been upgraded to the latest version of bulk edit, allowing users to apply codes, change accounts, and navigate large payroll batches without performance slowdowns. This update significantly improves reliability for users managing high-volume batches.
Mobile UX Improvements: A series of targeted enhancements improve usability on smaller screens, including refined form field styling, better-spaced panels, and improved vertical layouts for documents like purchase orders and timecards.
Improved Timecard Batch Approval: Batch timecard approvals are now processed in parallel, with clear notifications for success, partial success, or failure. This improves feedback and efficiency for users approving multiple timecards at once.
Auto-Sync Other Earnings Days to Days Worked: Other earnings with a daily unit on the digital timecard now automatically sync their quantity to the number of activated worked days, eliminating the need for manual adjustments when days worked change.
Approval Flow History Modal Improvements: The approval flow history modal has been redesigned with status indicators, step conditions, and approver details with timestamps, giving all users a clearer view of where a document stands in the approval process.
Expedite Approval Status: The Expedite status is now available on all documents with approval flows, allowing eligible users to bypass earlier approval steps when needed.
Password History Enforcement: When changing or resetting a password, users can no longer reuse any of their previous 8 passwords. This update strengthens account security for all users.
Sensitive Data Protected on Session Expiry: Sensitive information displayed in open modals is now hidden when a session expires, preventing unauthorized access to personal data after a session times out.
Accounting Import Total Mismatch Warning: When manually releasing an Accounting Import batch where the batch total does not match the Final Invoice total, users now see a warning modal displaying both amounts and requiring explicit acknowledgment before proceeding.
Deal Start Date Visibility in Start Work Packet Wizard: The full Deal Start Date is now visible in the Digital Start Work Packet Wizard, so users can view offer dates without opening each record individually.
Onboarding Reminder Email Suppression for Paper-Converted Employees: Employees who have already been onboarded via paper no longer receive unnecessary digital onboarding reminder emails.
Termination and Bonus Paystub Visibility: Termination and bonus timecards, paystubs, and payroll history are now visible to employees only after the pay date has passed, preventing early disclosure before HR conversations.
Payroll Preview Report: A new Payroll Preview Report is now available, allowing users to view payroll data grouped by Account, Episode, Sub Account, and Set Code.
