v104.0 expands what GreenSlate can do, — from daily time entry to cross-border payments. The new Daily Times tab gives payroll accountants the flexibility to submit and review time as it happens rather than waiting until the end of the week. Productions working with SAG talent can now track lump-sum contract payments within GreenSlate, making it easier to monitor fulfillment across pay periods. The expanded Bank of America integration adds support for international ACH payments, so productions working with cross-border vendors and crew can manage those payments directly in the platform.
A new Expedite approval status makes it easier for downstream approvers to identify and fast-track transactions when urgency requires it. Attachments can now be opened in a separate window, reducing the need to toggle between screens when reviewing documents side by side. The login screen has also been updated with a modernized design that better reflects the current GreenSlate platform.
Daily Times: The new Daily Times tab in the Timecards grid allows users to submit, view, and edit time and attendance data on a daily basis. The grid mirrors the same data structure as weekly timecards, enabling productions to track hours as they happen or continue with weekly entry. Whether catching discrepancies early, accommodating productions with daily check-ins, or simply preferring to log time day-by-day, users now have the flexibility to manage crew hours on their own schedule.
Contract Payment Tracking for SAG Performers: Productions can now track lump-sum contract payments for SAG performers within GreenSlate, making it easier to monitor contract fulfillment across multiple pay periods.
International ACH Payments with Bank of America: GreenSlate now supports international ACH payments through the Bank of America integration. Users can submit payments directly in the system, and GreenSlate automatically generates and sends the bank file to Bank of America for processing. This is the first bank integration to extend beyond domestic payments, supporting productions that work with international vendors and crew.
Pop Out Attachments into a New Window: A new button next to uploaded files lets users open attachments in a separate window for side-by-side review. Users can view reference documents alongside their current work without toggling back and forth or downloading files to compare, — useful when matching vendor invoices against purchase orders or verifying payment details.
New Expedite Approval Status in Grids: When a transaction has skippable approval steps, downstream approvers now see Expedite instead of Review, indicating they have the option to bypass earlier approvers and fast-track the item to their level. This status appears for future approvers further down the approval chain, providing full visibility when urgency requires pulling a transaction forward.
Refreshed Login Experience: The login screen has been updated with a modernized design that better reflects the current GreenSlate platform.
