How To: Complete your Start Work Packet

1. Access Personal Information Section

First, click the Personal Information tab located within your left-hand navigation menu.

2. Enter your Personal Information

Next, fill out all required fields.

3. Opt for Digital Tax Documents

Then opt into Digital Tax Documents (this step is optional).

4. Confirm Digital Tax Documents

Next, confirm to save your selections and proceed.

5. Save Personal Info

Then click Save to store all your entered personal information securely.

6. Confirm your SSN

Next, click Yes to confirm your social security number.

7. Add I9 Documents

Next, the system will automatically take you to your start work packet. Then click Add to initiate your I-9 documents.

8. Adding the Document

Then click Add Item.

9. Enter The Issuing Authority

Next, select your issuing authority.

10. Select The Document Type

Then, select your document type.

Next, enter your document number.

12. Enter the Expiration Date

Then enter the expiration date.

13. Upload the Document File

Next, click to upload the document.

Then click add to save the document.

15. Preview and Submit the form

Next, click Preview and Submit.

16. Submit the PDF

Then click Submit to finalize the I-9 submission.

17. Enter your Signature

Next, enter your digital signature.

Then click confirm.

19. Enter your Phone Number for Verification

Next, enter your phone number for security verification.

20. Request SMS Passcode

Then click Send passcode via SMS to get your verification code.

21. Verify Passcode

Next, enter the passcode and click Verify to confirm your phone number.

22. Enter your Filing Information

Then enter all of your federal tax filing details.

23. Preview and Save Tax Info

Next, click Preview and Save to review and save your tax information.

24. Submit Tax Information

Then review the W4 PDF and click submit.

25. Approve Start Form

Next, your start form will auto-populate for you to review and Approve.

26. Enter your State W4 Filing Details

Next, enter your State W-4 filing information. This will only apply to states that require W-4 filing.

27. Preview and Save The Final Form

Then, click Preview and Save.

28. Submit the State Tax W4

Next, review the PDF and click Submit.

29. Acknowledge Completion

Lastly, click OK to acknowledge the completion of your Start Work Packet process.
