Show me a how-to walkthrough in the app
1. Open I-9s Section
First, click on I-9s located within the left-hand menu.
2. Filter the Documents that are Pending your Approval
Then click on the Awaiting My Approval tab to see the list of I-9s that require your review.
3. Review The Documents
Next, click Review to begin examining the selected I-9 document.
4. Click on the Document Link
Then click on the document link to specify the document type for verification.
5. Review the Document
Next, review the document to ensure the information is correct.
6. Confirm the Documents
Check the box to certify that everything has been verified.
7. Approve Document
Click Approve to accept the I-9 document as meeting all necessary criteria.
8. Initiate Rejection Process
If you need to reject the form back to the employee click on Reject.
9. Confirm Rejection
Then click in the comment box and explain why you are rejecting.
10. Select Rejection Step
Next, click on the drop-down to select the employee's name to reject the form back to.
11. Confirm the Rejection
Then, click on confirm to complete the form rejection. Otherwise, if you approve, the form will be completed.
