1. Click Chart Of Accounts
First, In the left-hand menu, use the search field to navigate to the Chart of Accounts.
2. Enable or Disable Options
Next, in the header section, you will see selectable options such as Show All Projects, Show Sub Accounts, Show Uncommitted POs, Show Inactive, which pertains to inactive codes, Suppress Zeros, Negative ETCs, Negative EFCs, Show YE, and click on the option(s) to include or remove them from your view
3. Location or Episode codes
Now, If location or episode codes are required for budgeting, use the drop down menu to filter for them.
4. Collapse Account list
Then, use the Collapse All to show only header accounts. then click the Triangle icon to the left to expand one section of accounts.
5. Expand one account
Next, click the Triangle icon to the left of an account to expand one section of accounts.
6. Expand Account list
Then, click Expand All to fully display all account groups and their details.
7. Select All accounts
Now, click the ALL option to display all accounts without category restrictions.
8. Account number in the General Ledger
Next, click on an account number to see the General Ledger for that account.
9. Account Ledger
Then, click on an Invoice or Transaction number for an easier review of the accounts ledger items.
10. Back to Chart Of Accounts
Next, when you have finished your review, click the X to return to the Chart of Accounts
11. Column Filters
Now, you may use the column filters to filter the chart of accounts as needed.
12. Export Chart of Accounts
Next, click Export to export a PDF of the current page or an Excel of all pages of the chart of accounts.
