1. Access your account
First, click Access your account in the invite email from [email protected].
2. Create a Password
Next, create a new password that meets the system criteria.
3. Accept Terms and Conditions
Then click the checkbox to agree to GreenSlate's terms and conditions.
4. Click Next Button
Finally, click the Next button to complete the password creation and proceed.
That's it. You have successfully created your password in GreenSlate. If you have any questions or need more help, please visit our Help Center or reach out via email or chat.
Common Reasons for Account Lockouts
Password Expiration: If you haven’t logged in for an extended period (e.g., a year or more), your password may expire, locking you out of your account.
Failed Login Attempts: Multiple failed login attempts can result in your account being temporarily locked.
Note: If your account was locked due to failed attempts, an administrator may need to unlock it before you can reset your password.

If you are not receiving the password reset email:
Confirm that the email address associated with your account is correct.
