How to: Create a Petty Cash Envelope

2. Click the "Add" Button

First, click the "Plus Sign" button in the header section

Click the 'Add' Button

3. Click "Petty Cash"

Next, from the drop-down, choose "Petty Cash" from the options.

Click 'Petty Cash'

4. Select the Petty Cash Vendors Name

Now, select the appropriate petty cash vendor name by typing in the search field or choosing from the drop-down menu.

5. Click "Submit"

Click "Submit" to proceed with the selected petty cash vendor.

Click 'Submit'

6. Fill in the Envelope Total

Then, fill in the envelope total information.

7. Fill in the Envelope Description

Next, fill in the envelope description.

8. Select The Account Code

Now, select the appropriate account code by typing in the search field or choosing from the drop-down menu.

9. Click Add Item Button

Then, if needed, click "Add Item" to create a new entry.

10. Actions Button

Next, click the "Actions" button to reveal options for managing the selected line, such as "Copy, Paste, Split, Duplicate, Link PO, and Delete".

11. Click on the "Upload" Button to Add the Envelope Backup

Then, click on the "Upload" button to add the envelope backup

Click on the 'Upload' Button to Add the Envelope Backup

12. Click "Submit"

When you are ready, finalize the petty cash envelope submission process by clicking "Submit".

Click 'Submit'
