Complete Onboarding Portal Setup Using Gslate

This tutorial guides you through the onboarding portal setup process in GreenSlate. You will learn how to manage projects, fill out forms, upload files, and finalize your onboarding efficiently.

1. Select Existing Project Option

If you have already started onboarding a new project, click Continue Working On An Existing Project.

2. Initiate Project Start

If you are kicking off a new project in the portal, fill in the appropriate fields and click Start now to begin working on the selected project.

3. Access Project Details

If you need to message the GreenSlate team with any questions, use the Messaging icon.

4. Open Additional Options

Click on the Information icon to view the current stakeholders who have access to the onboarding portal and to add additional stakeholders

5. Navigate to Project Settings

You can add additional stakeholders to the project onboarding portal so they can submit and view the same information as you.

6. Add Stakeholder Info

Then, fill in the additional stakeholders' contact information, check Notify contact, and then click Confirm. The new stakeholders will be sent an email to join your project in the onboarding portal.

7. Save Form Progress

At anytime while entering information on the forms, you can click Save for later to save your form inputs without fully submitting.

8. Add Project Files

Next, click Add your files to upload the necessary documents to the project.

9. Select File Upload Area

Click the Drop files section to choose the files that you wish to upload.

10. Return to Project List

Now, click Back to list to go back to the main page of onboarding sections and continue completing the onboarding process

11. Complete Onboarding Process

After you have completed and uploaded all required documents, in order to complete your project set up. Click I've finished to submit your onboarding information to the GreenSlate team.

You have successfully completed the onboarding portal setup by managing projects, filling out forms, uploading files, and finalizing your submission. A GreenSlate team member will be in touch with you if they have any questions and will notify you when the project has been completely set up.
