How to: Generate an Earnings History Report (Employee)

Welcome to our guide on how to generate an earnings history report as an employee in GreenSlate.

1. Navigate to Payroll History

First, click Payroll History from the left navigation.

Navigate to Payroll History

2. Select All

Check the box at the top of the column to select all.

Select All

3. Click the Actions drop-down

Next, click the batch Actions drop-down menu.

Click the Actions Drop-down

4. Select Earning History Report

Then select Earning History Report to generate the payroll history report.

Select Payroll Date

5. View Report

The report will open in a new tab and can be printed or saved as a PDF.

View Report
