How to: Download Manager

Welcome to our guide on how to use the download manager feature in GreenSlate. I’ll walk you through each step, so you can complete the process with ease.

1. Access Start Forms

First, navigate to the document type that you would like to download from the left navigation. For example, Start Forms.

Note: Bulk download start work, timecards, and accounting transaction PDFs as needed via My Downloads.

2. Enable Start Forms Option

Next, check the boxes to the left of the documents you would like to include in the download. Check the box at the top of the column to select all. Please note: You must be on the Default or All tab to see the check box column on the left of the grid.

3. Proceed to Next Step

Next, select the Bulk Action drop-down button to find your needed action.

4. Download Forms PDF

From the drop-down, choose Download Start Forms (PDF) to initiate saving the selected forms to your downloads.

5. Open My Downloads Section

Next, a pop-up will appear confirming your download. Click on the My Downloads link to view your downloaded files and manage them.

6. Navigate to My Downloads

You can also access this on the left-hand navigation panel under My Downloads to view your list of files to download.

7. Access Actions Drop-Down

When the status says Download Ready, you're ready to download.

8. Select Download

Use the file name or select Download from the Actions drop down menu. The zip file will download automatically for you to open.
